Hel'ga
Based in Madrid, Spain
Hel'ga is born in Ukraine, she began her journey exploring different facets in the
world of art, later moving to Spain where she continued to develop her
artistic career.
• Graduated in Pedagogy and Music Education from the National University
of Chernivtsi, Ukraine, works as a Teacher of Music and musical and
theoretical disciplines with more than 25 years of experience.
• Specialist in Music Theory from the Sydira Vorobkevycha Music School in
Chernivtsi (Ukraine).
• Composer and piano performer, in November 2019 she published her
first CD, "Frágil", with her own compositions, in which she brings together
original songs composed in recent years, with influences from
different styles suchas classical, jazz, blues and folk.
• As actress, she stars in several live plays and film, such as "Tijl
Uilenspiegel" at the Lesi Ucrainki Drama Theatre, Chernivtsy, (Ukraine).
• As dancer, she has trained in various dance styles: BalFolk, Tango,
Creative Dance, Free Dance, Creative Body, Arabic Dance, Bollywood,
Flamenco, Flamenco Fusion, Traditional European Dances, Ballroom Dance,
Latin Rhythms, Blues, Forro.
• DJ in BalFolk and Neo Tango.
• She is currently a member,as a composer and performer, of Auka, and
DJ at Milonga Experimental in Madrid and is involved in several Dance and
Art projects, and teaches Regular Classes and Intensive BalFolk Workshops
in Spain, and others European countries.
